SSL VPN connection to Windows 7

We have an ASG 425 8.102.  I have a Windows 7pro X64 for a home desktop.  I can connect to the the ASG with the Open SSL client.  I can connect, ping, rdc any Win XP workstation in the network, but I can not ping, RDC, VNC to my W7 X64 box on my desk.  I'm an admin on both Win7 boxes (I'm the sys admin).   If I remote into my XP workstation on the network, I can ping, RDC, VNC my Win7 workstation, but I can't do it directly from my home Win7 box.  It seems appears the ASG is preventing it, since I can do it from my internal workstation.  
We have not opened a case yet with Astaro, I'm trying the experts on the forum first.  Can you guys give me any guidance.

    Are you certain that the "Internal (Address)" of the Astaro is the default gateway for your W7 X64 desktop?  Have you tried turning off the Windows Firewall on that box?

    Yes the windows firewall is turned off by domain policy and verified.  No the default gateway on my W7 is the main layer 3 switch which is connected to the ASG

    that's why it isn't working.  The gateway needs to be your ASg box.

    Another possibility is to masquerade the SSL VPN Pool to the internal network, or set up a network route to the SSL VPN Pool on your layer3 switch/router - thats the way we do it here.

    If the ASG needs to be the Gateway, then why does it work for everything but the Windows 7 box.  I'll try it first but it doesn't make sense as to why the other OS's work but Windows 7 doesn't.

    Windows 7 and it's ilk are weird birds.  Try turning off UAC and reinstall the ssl package.  You can NOT have the asg as the gateway but it makes things more difficult..[:)]
