SSL VPN and VSphere Client

Any in this forum that is able to connect through an SSL VPN to an ESXI with the VSphere client without problem?
I get visualization problem with the VSphere client , slow speed or also connection problem when I connect through SSL VPN.
When the same PC is connected into the physical internal LAN all works flawlessy.
Also no dropped packet in a PF.

Any idea?

    I also tried a NAT MASQ rule VPN Pool (SSL) ---> Internal and also 2 PF rule like:

    VPN pool SSL -->any-->internal

    internal-->any--> VPN pool SSL

    I also disabled IPS..............

    But some app doesn't work well like Vsphere client.
