Android IPSEC, some hope ?

Does someone tries to follow with success this guide ANDROID VPN (How-To Configure IPSec VPN) :

Apparently some have some interesting result with vpnc Cisco IPSec VPN Solution - xda-developers. VPNC is mentionned and the 2 resources i found are :
