We have an separate IPSEC Tunnel (256bit AES with Compression) between two companys for our VOIP traffic which runns throug an separate ADSL Line with 440kBit up/2,3 MBit downlink speed. This line is also used as an fallback internetline if our primary internet connection fails. Because the uplink is verry small and critical if we use it in fallback mode i need to calculate the traffic exactly to set correct QOS. Can someone help me how many bandwith i have to calculate for one sip channel over an ipsec Connection? I´m using the ISDN G711 Codec with 64kBit. Would be nice if someone can give me an exact numer of kBit which i need to add to each voip channel to get the exact value for one voip call. Based on this i can make me QOS settings verry exactly and reserve the needed bandwitch.
Thanks alot.
