IPSEC on Virtual Interface

I'm in the process of migrating some firewalls. I need to know if i can setup a IPSEC VPN tunnel to use a virtual address?

Example interface a.b.c.248 (external)

but i need the tunnel to terminate a.b.c.243 (external2)

Is there a way to do this?
