How to setup pptp vpn on windows server 2008

Hi 

I want to install pptp vpn and l2tp vpn on windows server 2008 
I installed on windows server 2003 and worked correctly

but I can not install it on windows server 2008 
Can yuo help me to install that ? 

I have another question 
Which accounting works on windows server 2008 for managing user  ?
