import Thawte or verisign certificat in CA

I have a problem that I need to change ASG320 certificate for SSL in CA with another cetificat from Thawte or Verisign, or any other. I got an auditor who does not let a certificate which lasts until 2035, so I have to install a certificate for 4 years just for the ssl users.
I know you can import certificate in the CA. I have a test it on Windows 2008 server and imported into Astaro and it works but how can I do this with a official certificat from (Thawte, Verisign, etc ...) i can run a csr (certificate signing request) from the astaro ASG320 but then I can not find the platform on which we can make a VeriSign certificate, i get always a error. Hase anyone try this or hase import a new certificat in the CA with a public certificat.
