remote printer via VPN PPTP

Hello All,
I've a problem with the remote printer using the PPTP VPN. When I'm connected I can ping the printer (and even go to its webpage) but all my print jobs doesn't go.

what could it be?
I've an allow rule from PPTP pool to Internal lan with any protocols.

The first things to do in this kind of a situation is to check the Packet Filter and Intrusion Prevention logs.
