I have an SSL tunnel setup between two offices, both with Astaro v8.003. I recently implemented IPv6 addresses into my network and I enabled the IPv6 capability of the Astaros.
I notice that there are errors in my IPS log stating that its blocking quite a few packets from an internal server which is using its IPv6 address. All computers\servers have a IPv4 and IPv6 address.
It seems as though when I ping a server thru the tunnel with its IPv6 address, I don't get a response where as when I ping the IPv4 address I can get to it. I noticed this to be an issue when I couldn't open a file share on a server that's on the other side of the tunnel.
The IPS logs show that it's blocking port 445 (basically file sharing) and reporting it as an attack.
Has anyone gotten IPv6 to work through an SSL tunnel?
