IPS Exceptions for Site to Site VPN

I am running two ASG 120s on 7.507 with an IPSEC Site to Site VPN. The inside networks are all on the same AD Domain, Exchange hosted at Site A there is a DC at Site B, etc.
I just want to clean up my IPS logs because 90% of my logs contain the servers and workstations from each site "attacking" the other site.
What is the best way to add IPS Exceptions on the ASG?

Site A inside 10.0.4.0/24
Site B inside 10.10.1.0/24
