Hi. I'm trying to connect to a client's control system in Germany (I'm located in England) via the program they gave me to connect. I'm using Astaro SSL VPN, it seems to connect okay (green traffic light displayed on the icon by the clock), but I cannot connect to the remote system (IP based control system).
Towards the end of the log it reports that:-

I'm running the program on Windows XP Service Pack 3 and using McAfee Internet Security. My client has told me to add the ip range 10.242.2.0/24 as trusted in McAfee, which I have done - there are no reports of incoming or outgoing problems in McAfee when trying to connect. The client reckons that something is blocking access to the adaptor.
