iPad Cisco VPN

hi

i have a iPad and i would like to use the vpn.
but everytime i log on on the user portal and try to export the settings a ne page open where i can see a file "configurationProfile" but i cant download it or install it.

what to do?

ok i solve this
i just download it via pc browser and send it to me via mail and now it works

This behavior is caused by Apps that claim MIME types for themselves and then are unable to correctly handle them. I've seen the direct download from User Portal work again after a download manager was deinstalled from the iPad.
