I have been managing SSL VPN appliances for quite a long time now.
Something i encountered on every other appliances except Astaro was the fact that SSL VPN was used primarily for sharing an internal services of a machine on a remote network (internal network or DMZ or anything else ...) to the local loopback of the client connecting.
This was done by using a small java applet that was responsible of passing the data from the server (remote machine) to the loopback of the vpn client.
Will this feature be someday on our Astaro's boxes ?!
