Certificate end date in the past

Hi,

i have installed a new Astaro v8.001 virtual and all certificates have the end date 2001.

If i regenerate the webadmincertificate or create a new certificate, the same:

Valid from Sep 12 06:36:49 2010 GMT through Dec 19 06:41:19 2001 GMT

Date and time on the Astaro V8.001 are ok.

what can i do?

This sounds a lot like the y2k38 issue which was fixed in 8.001 - see Software error in old Astaro versions - update required for details.

Can you check with the command 'version' that this is really a v8.001?
If this is the case, can you post the download link you used?

Hi,

the problem was, i have installed the 8.000 version and updated it to 8.001,
but the signing CA was created at the initial setup before up2date 8.001. (after the 4. Sept)
-> the millennium bug.

i have regenerated the signing CA and all other certificates with the
updated Version 8.001.

i this save or should i backup the config and reinstall the system with the 8.001 image and restore the
config again?
