Remote access link missing

Hi all - I just started using ASG 8 about 2 weeks ago and love it! I'm having several problems which I'll break into different posts.

This issue is with remote access. If I enable SSL VPN, then I cannot connect to my user portal. If I enable PPTP, L2TP over IPSec, or Cisco VPN Client, no remote access link appears in the user portal. I've followed the user guides from Astaro's KB, but links never appear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can take screenshots of whatever you guys need to see.

That may be a bug, but, normally, when connected by VPN, access WebAdmin and the User Portal via the internal interface IP.

Yeah, the problem is that when I connect to the user portal there is no option to VPN by any means. Typically, there is a Remote Access link that corresponds to whatever option I turn on...that link is missing if I simply connect to https://67.193.xx.xx. or am I missing something?
