VPN Status Display

I have a VPN in place with the display as shown.

This display appears to be different than what I should expect from the help.  Is the display a bug or does it display a new category of connection?

The VPN works fine.

    The small green button besides the SA is definitely missing. However you can tell by the big green button for the connection that all SAs are up or it would be yellow. See the help for further details. You can check if the image is missing by going directly to /core/img/trafficlights/traffic_small_green.png on the ASG. If the green traffic light is showing it's probably something related to CSS and your browser.
