multiply VPN sites interconected in star toplology

Hi there,
I have four sites on different locations which are connected to internet with various speeds ranging from40/40Mbps to 2/2Mbps two locations have secondary internet connection as backup option.
My question is:
Is it possible to connect all sites using VPN tunels using star topology

site A to site B
site A to site C
site A to site D
site B to site C
site B to site D
site C to site D

so in cases that internet traffic ( cross Atlantic ) is interrupted between sites A and D and this VPN tunnel is down i still can get to it by utilizing tunnels A to B and B to D

Is it sufficient just to have VPN tunnels established with Auto packet filter and Strict routing enabled or i need to pay attention to something else ?

Also i will be utilizing this VPN tunnels for VOIP traffic as well, is there any way that i can implement QOS for VOIP traffic going thru VPN tunnel ?

    Well, I was frustrated that Alan tantalized us by saying that it was possible to do QoS for VoIP traffic inside a VPN, but never saying how it's done.  So, I looked through some competitors' documentation, and I wonder if the following will work:





    If your VPN is IPsec, then replace HTTPS (SSL) with IPsec in the above.

    Please try this and post your results back here.
