Note – The static remote access IP can only be used for remote access through PPTP, L2TP, and IPSec. It cannot be used, however, for remote access through SSL.
So, it will not work with SSL VPN unfortunately...
As far as I know there isn't any way to do this.
You can do this with ipsec but not SSL.
But nevertheless, if you want to create packetfilter rules you can just use the (user network) object for the filter rules. This is a dynamic object which always has the IP which the user was assigned at login. This object is created for every user you create.
If there is a way though I would be happy to know, too. :-)
