Site-to-Site-VPN Website does not show established VPNs

Hello,

we are using an ASG220 with Firmware v7.505.

2 Site-2-Site VPN Connection are established and connected, another one will be added soon.

The Site-2-Site VPN Overview does not show the connections.
One of them was shown until we changed a parameter, then it vanished from the overview.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi, mtutimako, and welcome to the Astaro User BB!

    2 Site-2-Site VPN Connection are established and connected, another one will be added soon.

    If they were connected, you would see that on the Status page.  It appears that they don't know about each other.  Why do you think the connections are active?

    Please also show a picture of the Remote Gateway definition for the remote sites.  Also, what devices (Astaros?) are in use for the other end of the VPNs?

    PS if you click on [Go Advanced], you get more options, and you can upload images directly to the BB.

    The connections are online because i can use them (ssh to servers on the remote site successfull) and before i changed the parameters, they were shown on the status site.

    Now i have configured a new Site-2-Site VPN connection and although is is not active (wrong PSK), it is shown on the status site even after i have changed some of the parameters.
    This connection was set up after "latest" update to 7.505.

    The two other connections were setup before updating. One is active and working, the other one is deactivated. But both are not shown on the status site.

    Screenshot of the Remote Gateway would not show any relevant information (i think) as these are connections to our customers and most of the information is restricted.

    Maybe there is/was a problem prior to 7.505 with changing IPSec Site-2-Site Connections.

    I haven't heard of this issue.  You might try making a new configuration backup, then restoring from it to see if that resolves your issue.  If not, then I'd recommend that you submit a support request to Astaro.

    our issue was similar, where we had several Site-to-Sites setup, and one day the status page just decided to show they were all offline even though they were connected. 
    Astaro support didn't have much lead either, but one day we just restarted the Astaro and voila, the status was up again. This has only ever happened to us once.
