SSL VPN Connection need many tries

We're using an Astaro SG320 (7.504) in our business environment. Many of our notebooks user's have problems to connect with their SSL VPN client.

They need very often many tries to connect via rdp an our terminalserver.

The users have no administration rights on ther notebooks but some of theme i'll put into the lokal network-operator group. Even so with no result, the problem already exists.

Is the problem well-known?? [:S]

The only time that I've seen a similar issue on my networks is when bandwidth is saturated. During this specific situation, connection is not able to be finalized before timeout occurs. Do you have a situation where either at the users endpoints or on the Astaro, your bandwidth usage is maxing out your connection?

We've only got a 2MBit/s Connection up/do in the next 2 month we will upgrade to 5 MBit/s up/do.

So i will check up if the problem exist on weekends because there should be less traffic on the firewall.

Could it be the wifi router at home when its auto. changing the channel?
