Trying to setup IPSEC VPN for iPhone

Hi all,

I've followed this document http://www.astaro.com/getting-started/iphone-ipad-vpn.pdf to setup IPSEC VPN for iPhone. Once completed the setup and attempting to connect, I keep getting error "Could not validate the server certificate".  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong.

    You want L2TP over IPSec, and must enable iPhone configuration on the Remote Access -> L2TP over IPSec -> iPhone tab


    Why can't I use IPSec just like is outlined in the document? The iPod Touch supports the same VPN protocols as the iPhone.

    BTW, I tried the L2TP over IPSec approach before I found this document and couldn't make it work.
