Trying to setup IPSEC VPN for iPhone

Hi all,

I've followed this document http://www.astaro.com/getting-started/iphone-ipad-vpn.pdf to setup IPSEC VPN for iPhone. Once completed the setup and attempting to connect, I keep getting error "Could not validate the server certificate". Anyone know what I'm doing wrong.

As mentioned in that thread, it is important that the server name in the certificate matches the external host name of your Astaro.

Thanks jetkins for the tips...that works. I also setup rule from your post https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/58/t/53819 and works great too.

I am trying to follow the procedure in the iPhone/iPad VPN Overview document to get IPSEC VPN access running on an iPod Touch. But, when I log into the user portal using the Safari browser on the iPod and select remote access, I do not see the iPhone VPN Configuration page as shown in Figure 4 of the document.

Any ideas?
