Autopacket rules

Hello,
I have a question about autopacket rules for vpn. If enabled, this option auto-allow all packets towards the interfaces listed in "Local Network" or auto-allow all packets towards any destination?

I'm afraid that if a vpn user uses emule, some packets can pass across my astaro.

    The auto-packetfilter rules allow all traffic only to networks/hosts listed in 'Local networks'.  No other traffic is allowed by the auto- rules.

    Considering that I have no server in my Local Networks that receive packets from 3767 tcp port, how can you explain this:
