Astaro VPN on iPad with 3G

It may be too early to ask but has anyone tested VPN with iPad on 3G? I have setup VPN using ASG on my iPhone and it works great. Will the same program work with iPad?

    Thanks Gert. Since you have already used it, do you know if I VNC into a laptop over the VPN, does the iPad start showing messages about being out of memory? My iPhone always complains about being out of memory. I am not sure if Apple has made more memory available for applications in iPad.
