problem with Ipsec VPN !

Dear all,
 
I have a Lab test Ipsec VPN, but have a problem :

    So, that's why we need pictures from both sides.  It looks like the two sides don't agree on the definition of the VPN ID.  I suspect that setting them both to agree on an FQDN ID will resolve the IP conflict, too.
