Remote access for Mobile Office

I am testing all my options as to how best accomplish this.
My goal is the following:
A) Setup 2 laptops with remote access to all services on the Corp LAN via a Mobile WAN.
B) Use the LapTop for VOIP so the users can make and recieve calls.


I have had success with the following:
1) Astaro VPN client (works, can access all networks at office, except 1 server *prob just a routing issue*, DOES NOT give ip address assigned in the astaro user but the instead uses Astaro pool, DOES NOT split tunnell)
2) SonicWall GlobalVPN Client (works, can access all networks and servers, gives me local ip address via DHCP from domain controller, DOES NOT split tunnell)

Questions:
1- How can I split the tunnel, I know I can setup VOIP thru Astaro, but would really want to keep all VOIP out of the tunnel for performance reasons **note I have not tested any VOIP, or even tried using it before**
2- How do I configure the Astaro to give me an interal ip on the LAN Ex: 192.168.10 ip #
3- If I cant do this using SSL how do I do this using Windows XP or Vista L2TP IPsec? I can seem to get this to work with XP pro.

    2. Like Barry says, why?  If you were to try this without the suggested SNAT, you would "break" the routing Astaro creates for Remote Access clients; the VPN Pool must be disjoint from any internal networks attached to an Astaro interface.
