SSL VPN - Cant ping remote clients from internal

Hello all, First of all great product!  I finally got the SSL VPN to work with Windows 7.  I had to install OpenVPN after the Astaro VPN package and then also remember to run the VPN client as administrator.  I am now able to connect to internal resources when remote.  The problem now is I cant seem to access the remote host from the internal network, in fact I cant even get a ping to go through.

I have it set up like this

Internal Network (10.10.10.0/24)  ASG  RemoteHost (10.242.2.0/24)

The remote host connects, grabs an IP address of 10.242.2.6.  I then try to ping 10.242.2.6 from a host on my internal lan  (10.10.10.21) it never makes it.  I have setup packet rules to allow any traffic to go from my internal lan to the SSLVPN pool, and still nothing.  Nothing shows up in my packet logs.  What am I missing?

Hi, do you have Ping allowed on the ICMP settings page?

Iv'e had issues also. Try reducing your MTU on the Astaro SSL VPN adapter that gets created in your adapter listing down to 1492 or even 1300 to see if that is the issue.

Great advice, both of you. I enabled ICMP through the firewall and I also reduced the MTU to 1300 on the adapter the SSL VPN install created. So far things are working and I can map a drive both ways and access resources both ways.
