Remote Access Status not updating at all?

Hi Board,

I have two customers where we got the issue that the "Online Users" List in Remote Access Status won't update any more.
I could not find anything in the Board or in up2date logs or open issues... Has anyone else ever experienced this?

    There was a bug in 7.302 - which version are they running?  Do they also not see a correct count on the Dashboard?  Which Remote Access are they using?

    The Versions are 7.404 and 7.402. Remote Access is performed via SSL (Astaro OpenVPN Client).
    It looks like both dashboard and status do Update Users, but there is one old User left and still shown as logged in. In one case this user does have two IPs, even though we have disabled mulitiple logins meanwhile.
    Guess I will update (and thus reboot) both installations anyway...

    I kept the SSL-VPN Live Log open and found a couple of users logging in to SSLVPN without being ever mentioned or counted on the status page. All of them are AD backend users.
    Unfortunately, my personal account is a local user, and is always listed and updated as soon as i start sslvpn.
    There is ONE User - which is an AD-auth'd user - who is _always_ shown in the list... Dont know whether he's always online or if that's just a display error.
    so strange...

    There was a similar issue with Cisco Remote Access, but this was resolved in 7.501
