SSL VPN Client Help PLZ

Hello I very new to Astaro so please forgive any ignorence on my part.

I have a home license of ASG 7.405 running and I'm trying to set up a SSL vpn connection from my work laptop to home.  

The client says that it has connected but I can not even ping my ASG.  If I login as an admin on my laptop it will connect and I'm able to ping  my ASG and log into the webadmin. 

I need to be able to run this a regular user and not admin.  I gave my user account full controle over the C:\Program Files\Astaro folder but still not working.

    kb :306632 : Network operation rights are required for SSL VPN under Windows XP/Vista

    A User which is logged in and tries to establish a SSL VPN needs network operation rights. This allows the SSL VPN Client to set up the network completely (for example setting the route)
