Site to Site VPN needs to masquerade IP

I have setup a Site to Site VPN with a partner but need to have our IP address masquerade as a different IP whenever traffic goes over the VPN to the partner. I cannot seem to find an intuitive way to accomplish this. Any help?

    I have an old cisco concentrator that allows me to NAT my internal traffic to a public ip before going on to a partners vpn tunnel. I just figured this was possible as well with Astaro.

    It just seemed to me that there was an inherent routing issue.  What commands do you use with the Cisco to achieve the result you want?
