Site to Site VPN needs to masquerade IP

I have setup a Site to Site VPN with a partner but need to have our IP address masquerade as a different IP whenever traffic goes over the VPN to the partner. I cannot seem to find an intuitive way to accomplish this. Any help?

    Ok I am connecting the Astaro to a Cisco 3030. We both have an overlap in the internal subnets of our respective networks.
    My internal 192.168.x.x -> Astaro public 66.x.x.x -> Cisco 3030 public -> 192.168.x.x theirs
    I have the tunnel connecting to the 3030 but they want me to NAT my traffic to look like my external public IP (66.x.x.x).
