[7.470]L2TP iphone configuration

Hi All

I am trying to connect my iphone via L2TP using preshared key to my ASG (7.470). I have enabled the "L2TP over IPSec" section under the "Remote Access". I can see that my iphone tries to connect (log attached) but I can't understand what is the issue and it can't connect. (on the iphone tab,the hostname is the external ASG interface as it should be)

I automatically get an authentication failed and the following message:

A connection could not be established to the PPP server

I would really need some help with that

can you post the config on the l2tp section? I am now using ipsec for my iphone

Please show a picture of the 'Global' tab of 'Remote Access >> L2TP'. Did you manually configure the iPhone, or did you download the VPN profile via the Astaro User Portal?
