User Portal

I have registered a user with password in my ASG120 v7.403.

For downloading the VPN-Client I try to get
 https://asg1.mydomain.com/portal

but I get only a broken connection.

If I try
 https://asg1.mydomain.com:4444
I'm able to open the webadmin console.
Also from the internal interface, there is no problem to use the portal interface.

What can I do to get the VP-Client from the internet?

    OK, i'm sure you already checked this, but as you're not mentioning it:

    you did give rights to Any Networks for the user portal, right?

    Because the rights to open the webadmin, are not the same as those for user portal.

    Thanks for your question.
    That was the problem: I give only Internal Network and External Network rights to the user portal.

    So now I mentioned, that External Network isn't the same as the Internet.
    So I give Any network rights to the user portal, disable and enabled it, and now it works as expected.
