I'm using Microsofts built in client, do you have a recommendation on how to fix?

The problem doesn't have anything to do with full or split tunnel.  The real problem is, as you say, "This would be the same network and gateway on the remote pc's that are not working."

The home router doesn't know to route anything in 192.168.1.0/24 outside of the local network.

The internal network definition behind the Astaro should not have been defined in a range commonly used in homes and small offices.  Now, you need to decide if it's easier to change to something in 172.16.0.0/12, or to tell everyone with 192.168.1.0/24 to change to a different subnet if they want to connect via VPN.

I was able to get around this problem by using the Cisco VPN client.  For whatever reason, the cisco client does a better job with the routing table in windows than the Microsoft client.

I've seen this problem in the past with other devices and the MS client.  I wish they would just fix it.
