SSL VPNclient will not connect

I am try to use my SSL VPN client.  when I try to login from remote pc

the following is displayed after sending username and password and repeated

    Show your SSL VPN config - I'm curious what you have in 'Local networks'.

    config is as follows

    users and groups contains a user

    local Networks contains Internal(Network)

    on the advanced tab

    all default except

    Override hostname contains an ip address, which is a static ip provided by our ISP.

    It's that IP address.  The 'Override hostname' must match precisely with the SSL Certificate.  Try copying the content from the 'Hostname' in the 'Local X509' certificate in 'Remote Access >>Certificate Management' tab, touch 'Apply'.

    Then uninstall the SSL client from your PC and reinstall it from the User Portal.
