Site-to-Site SSL Stability?

Having long drop windows.....

2 ASG320's in Active/Passive Mode, multiple 120's (latest 4 port model).

Worked fine with IPSec - Installed 7.400 and changed IPSec to SSL.  Nice job on flexibility, very easy to setup, but the tunnel is randomly dropping and generally slow.

Can anyone offer any feedback/experience?  Thanks

Ben

  • Why changing ipsec to ssl site to site? Would leave as it is. Only using ssl site to site when ipsec is not possible.

  • Right, I too am curious about the motivation to change to SSL.  I thought that IPSec was faster and more secure, but I don't know that for a fact.

    Thanks - Bob
