Error getting SSLVPN package

Hi all,

All of a sudden, when I visit the user portal and try to download one of the ssl vpn client packages, instead of receiving the .zip file I get an japefile.txt
The contents of the japefile.txt are:
Error getting SSLVPN package, subtype client-config, user REF_muUofnQoQy

2 days ago was working fine, until yesterday, I made no modifications to the system.

Current firmware version: 7.305
Current pattern version:  9029
Latest available pattern version: 9033

Any idea what's up?

    To make things even more weird, the problem is solved after I had to shut the system down for a few hours.

    I tried rebooting several times before, that did not help.
    Yesterday, because of a home improvement project I had to shut the system down for several hours. Now the user portals sends the correct .zip file.

    Or it has to with the fact that I have new pattern files:
    Current pattern version: 9046
    Latest available pattern version: 9048

    i have the same problem but i cannot shut down our firewall for a few hours...
    There must be another solution!

    Can anybody help me out with that problem?

    The Problem exists not with newly created users!!!

    You could try to use the newer pattern file.
    There is a good change that this is what eventually fixed  my astaro
    My pattern version was updated to 9048 a few hours before I had to shut down asg.

    Hi thank you for your answer but i do not have the possibility to do the pattern update... 
    maybe theres nothing that matches my ASG?

    I installed Pattern 9118 and the FW Update to 7306...
    but still only the japefile.txt...
    i will open a support case

    The pattern updates happen automatically.  If that had been the problem or the solution, you would have seen a lot of people discussing the problem here.  The 7.306 update is also unrelated because it does nothing more than install a memory monitor and suggests adding memory if that would be advantageous for the 7.4 version.

    If the reboot didn't solve the problem, then you did the right thing in calling support.

    This case was raised.  The solution to the case is that the x.509 certificate for the user was deleted.  You can recreate the certificate under remote access > certificate management.  You can then assign that certificate to the user under users > users.  You can also just recreate the user all together.
