Can't connect via SSL

I can't get a remote client to connect via SSL using the client that is downloaded through the Astaro User Portal. Log file attached.

On the client side. The log file says:

OpenVPN 2.1_rc4 Win32-MinGW [SSL] [LZO2] built on Sep 28 2007
Error: could not read Auth username from stdin
