Site-to-Site VPN (Astaro to Cisco 3000 VPN appliance)

I'm using Release 7.202 and I have a site-to-site VPN setup with another Astaro firewall. I have a third party that I need to setup another site-to-site VPN and they are using a Cisco 3000 VPN appliance. I have successfully configured the tunnel and it is showing 1 of 1 SA's established but I cannot get traffic to pass over the tunnel. I can ping the remote gateway but not an internal IP address. There are no Remote Access configurations defined for any of these site-to-site VPN's however the Astaro to Astaro tunnel will pass traffic. I need some help.

Have you defined the networks which can be accessed on each end of the tunnel?

Have you setup rules, and checked the static routes?

Have you looked at the ipsec and packetfilter logs?
