SSL VPN very slow...

Hi,

we have a ASG 320 up and running.
We use a 2mbit symmetric connection as out VPN connections/webhosting and a 16mbit/1mbit asym. connection for internal webbrowsing and stuff.

now some users connect to our internal networks using the astaro open vpn client. It works ok but it seems to be very slow.
the 2 mbit connection should be able to send out 250kb/sec in theory. I know this is not going to happen because of overhead and all that. But what we really get over the VPN is about 60-70kb/sec. That seems very low for me. I'd expect double that amount.

I checked the dashboard at the time of the filetransfer and it sayd about 100kb outgoing on the 2mbit internet interface so there should be enough bandwidth left for another 100kb/sec.

No QoS used so far...

Is there anything I can do to speed things up some?
