Overhead for VPN

Are there any good measurements of the impact of Astaro VPN overhead on throughput?

Given an IPSec site-to-site VPN like:

IKE: Auth PSK / Enc 3DES_CBC_192 / Hash MD5 / Lifetime 28800s / DPD
IPSec: Enc 3DES_0 / Hash HMAC_MD5 / Lifetime 86400s

Assuming you have a 5-megabit digital connection over which you need to move 10 gigabytes of data, how much longer will that take if sent through the above VPN tunnel?  If, in fact, the Astaro can keep the pipe filled either way, my question could be simplified to asking the percentage growth in the number of bits transmitted through the tunnel.

I'm looking for a rough indication.  I figure a raw transfer of 10GB would take a little over 5 hours.  Would it take 8 hours through the tunnel?

Thanks - Bob
