Problem with Site to Site VPN between HOB and Astaro

Hi there,

does anyone know about problems with Astaro and HOB VPN Gateway?

We set up the connection and it seems to work, but somehow the tunnel gets lost every now and then and it's not possible to establish it again.

Playing randomly with routing and rule sometimes re-establish the tunnel, but it's not reproducable at will.

Because I'm relativly new to Astaro (and know next to nothing about HOB) I even have no idea, where to look for failure logs.

Any response that willl direct me to the right places is appreciated.

    If you ever get an answer to your issue, I would love to know! I have been having the same issue for a while now. My issue is with a site to site that has three remote networks and a single gateway. The tunnel stays up as does two of the remote networks but one of them, the same one every time, fails randomly. I have taken a look at the VPN logs and see when the tunnel drops but now why it is dropping.
     I would be interested in seeing your IPSecVPN log file for the period just before it dropped till after it drops. Select "Logging" then "View log files" and look at your IPSec VPN logs.
