I have an Astaro 7.3 which has been in production for many years now from version 5 to 7.
I have a VPN connection to a client and the client has changed ISP and also dropped their static IP address, so they are now on DHCP. No Problems I say I set our side of the VPN to respond only, I can not just change the option in the current "Remote Gateway" for this connection I need to create a new "Remote Gateway".
When i go to create this new "Remote Gateway" it will not, under any circumstances accept my PSK, I have tried the current one, 20/30/40 character random generated passwords with out help, when I go "save" I get the PSK key field flashing red borders at me.
anyway ideas? I have tried many passwords and its not a password policy issue as I have 30 other VPN's on this firewall without issue.
