Cisco IP Comm not working

let me start from the beginning....

We had a Cisco 2801 as out internet router / firewall, we replaced it with a 425 ASG, we have our Cisco VoIP system going through our core cisco switch and demarc switches. 

I am trying to get the SSL to work with our Cisco IP Comm. The SSL connects, the IP Comm registered to the call manger, call can only go one way (i can hear them or they cant hear me) 

what am I missing in configuring this to work?
