double NAT over IPsec VPN

Hi all,

i have a problem to create the correct NAT rules (dnat, snat) for an IPsec VPN tunnel between the same Networks.
The connection is only for 3 Hosts in the remote network.
Have any one a HOW TO DO for ME?
