Installing SSL VPN client

Hi all,
I try to install SSL VPN client on a machine with WinXP Pro Sp2. After the installation the "trafic light" appears on tray icon but I got only "Proxy settings" and "exit" choices, but I can't see the IP address of our ASG to do the connection.

I try on other machine and the sw run correctly, so I can do the connection.

What should be the problem on my machine?

Hi!

I'm sure that the autoinstaller didn't installed the connection profile files. It can happen if you directly start the install process from the download window. I recomend you to download the Zip package to your desktop and run the installer from there. If you want to fix your ''actual'' situation try to download only the connection profile Zip package and that's it!

I tried to install only the certificate zip and the result is the same.
The only difference that I got respect other machine is during the installation appears the warning message that the software in not compliant with the "windows Logo Requirement".

Other suggest?
