3rd party VPN not working

Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but here it goes. I have a client with two locations. Each location has a 120 with a site to site vpn. VPN and web surfing is working. The main location has three users that use a software VPN to connect to a third location for data entry. Prior to installing the Astaro 120s, I had multitech firewall appliances and everything worked fine. Since installing the 120s, only one person at a time can connect to the remote site with the software VPN.
 A better description would be:
Two sited, SiteA and SiteB.
SiteA and B use Astaro site to Site VPN and works great.
SiteA also has 3 users that use a software VPN to connect to SiteC
Only 1 user at SiteA can connect to SiteC at a time. Using the Multitech all 3 can connect.

I have no controll over SiteC, I have a call in to their helpdesk to see if they are using PPTP or L2TP or what.

Any ideas? I need this fixed fast or I will have to pull the hardware and put the Multitech appliances back and refund their $$ and I REALLY don't want to do that. The Astaro is SOOOO much better than the Multitech.

    L2TP I'm guessing maybe? 

    if more then one user is attempting to connect from the same IP, it's a no go.

    I did find out they are using a Nortel Contivity box. I had opened a case with support. It looks like the Astaro box is doing NAT-T while the multitech that was there does NAT-Pass-through. I'm not sure if doing a Dnat or Snat on my end would fix it but I got SiteC to agree to do a simple P2P tunnel. After that's up, I only need to figure out the filtering so SiteC doesn't have full access to my network.
