Active Directory Authenticaton over IP-Sec

Here's the senario:

Main Office: Win2003 SBS PDC/DHCP/DNS Server protected by ASG 120 7.004

Home Office: Laptop Workstation Windows XP Pro w/ ASG 110 7.004

Site to Site IP-Sec VPN currently up and running.

Is it possible to perform AD Authentication from the workstation to the PDC over the VPN link.  Here is what I want to accomplish: The user's profile(from the Win2003 Server) to be loaded when they log onto the laptop.

Has anyone set this up in a production environment?  If so what type of VPN link type and configuration are you using.

If this is possible what steps need to be taken in order to accomplish this?

Setup AD Auth on the 110 unit in addition to the 120 unit?

Instructions or link to docs would be very much appreciated

Thanks in advance

JD
