Currently running Hamachi on an Ubuntu laptop to a XP Pro machine at home. This suites me okay but gaining transparent access to my home's local resources has been problematic. Astaro seems to have what I want in the SSL VPN option but I can't access the system from the WAN. I do have the ASG behind my NAT router because of my simplistic needs and a wife that works from home that I do not want to impact with my tinkering. In short, I can access the client portal from my LAN going direct to its IP. However, I cannot from a neighbor's open access point. I've configured port forwarding of 443 from the WAN to ASG's LAN IP. It's rather simple really so I'm not sure why this isn't working. Any direction would be appreciated!!!!!
Oh and I even went so far as to push ASG to my DMZ and still no love.
