there are several possibilities to integrate tokens.
For SSL VPN I would recommend OTP Tokens using a TACAS+ Server. For IPSEC I would use Aladdin Tokens. -both are working fine.
The big question on Tokens is the need of your company. Tokens can do more than secure remote access. If you have no Tokens implemented so far you should first have a look what could be a benefit or need for you.
